I know that many do not have the time for, or possibly can't afford, a vacation; so I value this time to recharge and reconnect with family just that much more.
The last two nights have produced beautiful sunsets. The air here has been hazy, due to a couple forest fires in the area, making for some colorful displays as the sun goes down. It's a view of which I can't imagine tiring.
What about you? Any vacation plans brewing?

That's awesome. Loving the positivity in your posts!
We're (the wife and I) are working on a trip to Cancun the end of the year. I could really use a week on a beach myself! Have a great week!
It's a "staycation" this year. Not that this is a bad thing for we're surrounded by mountains and lakes...our 25' sailboat is moored in one of them just 10 minutes from home. My own bed. Predictable meals (not a bad one in the bunch). No lines to wait in. No crabby tourists. No being bitched out at the Homeland Security checks at the airport.
It's a good thing to be home.
I've got a trip planned, but can't disclose details. If you really want to know, e-mail me, but I'm keeping it a secret from Veronica...
I'm glad that you're having such a good time! So between beach and pool, any chance of bathing suit pics of you? I bet you look great in one :-)
Sounds like an awesome vacation! And the pictures are beautiful! Have a super fun & relaxing week hun!
